how to fix unexpected sticky control key

On windowns it may happen that your keybaord starts acting as the control key was set sticky i.e.: if you open a cmd prompt you may see a caret before every character:

this simple trick (pressing both control keys simultaneously) worked like a charm for me!

finalmente ho trovato una dritta che permette di smontare in sicurezza un drive usb quando windows si rifiuta di collaborare... al solito google mi manda su superuser.com... e il suggerimento del link sotto funziona o come dicono gli inglesi:
